Ercolina?s CE40MR3 angle roll is capable of bending a wide range of tube, pipe and profiles to a CLR as small as four times the diameter of the work piece. Capacity to 2 in schedule 40 pipe or 2 in angle iron at bending speeds 20 percent faster than competitive machines. Model is designed to operate in vertical or horizontal position and includes foot pedal for hands-free operation. Standard universal tooling set, included with each machine, adjusts easily to most material profiles. Programmable touchpad controls with digital center roll positioning increases repeatability. Threaded drive shafts allow fine adjustment of tooling without spacers and side roller system adjusts as necessary to create helix effect in workpiece.
Standard CE40MR3 machine features include patented two-speed center roll for rapid center roll positioning, in-line gear reduction in oil bath to provide high power transmission efficiency and forged roll shafts which are precision ground and fitted for maximum performance and minimal deflection. Machines have heavy duty structure and rigid components with high section modulus ratings. An optional anti-twist correction system is available for angle iron "Leg In? applications.
