Grieve offers the No. 1000, a gas-fired, 500 deg F (~260 deg C) walk-in oven, specially modified for overhead crane loading at the customer?s facility, in the performance of general heat processing operations. Workspace dimensions of this oven measure 81 in W x 14?D x 12?H. 600,000 BTU are installed in a modulating natural gas burner to heat the unit, while a 17,500 CFM, 15-HP recirculating blower provides combination horizontal/vertical airflow to the load. This unique Grieve walk-in oven features 4 in insulated walls throughout, aluminized steel interior and exterior, air-operated crane access door atop the oven, plus all safety equipment required by IRI, FM and NFPA Standard 86 for gas-heated equipment, including a 1500 CFM powered forced exhauster. Controls on No. 1000 include a digital programming temperature controller.
