B&K's the 2DFR Supermill® is a highly flexible metal door frame roll former, designed to manufacture a wide range of metal door frame profiles without changing the roll tooling. B&K 2DFR Supermill® System utilizes patented technology to provide the ability to adjust for material gauge and the profile dimensions.

It is capable of producing metal door frames for a wide range of installations. The abilities of the Supermill® design to roll form with pre-cut strips enables manufacturers to upgrade from the labor intensive process of press brake forming while maintaining their turret punched blanks.
