COPRA® FEA RF helps users to understand the roll form process, trace for occurring problems and do a target-oriented optimization. Roll form technology is developing so that it is necessary to add new possibilities into the FEA (Finite Element Analysis) software. CAE Software Solutions (design, manufacturing, FE simulation of forming processes), as well as engineering and consulting services for the roll forming, tube making and sheet metal bending industry are available. data M also offers quality inspection machines (COPRA® RollScanner) for roll tooling and controls and machines for the manufacturing of discontinuous profiles.
