Fuji offers its TN-3500 Series of horizontal turning centers. Ideal for job shop applications, the Fuji TN-3500 can perform all turning, facing, drilling, threading, grooving and boring operations in addition to automatic loading and unloading of parts with minimum operator intervention. The machine design provides high stability under the most demanding production requirements and allows both front and back machining of parts in a single set-up which increases the productivity of the cell.
It features the user friendly L672-H Gantry Robot that completes its cycle of replacing work pieces in just 30 seconds, which is among the fastest in its class. Features include:
