Custom motorcycle manufacturer Knievel Cycles ? founded by father and son daredevils Evel Knievel and ?Kaptain? Robbie Knievel ? recently named welding equipment and consumable manufacturer Lincoln Electric (Cleveland, OH) as the company's official welding supplier.
As part of the new partnership, Lincoln Electric will provide Knievel Cycles with technical training and application engineering support. In addition, the motorcycle manufacturer selected Lincoln Electric welding equipment to outfit its custom fabrication shop. "Our team chose Lincoln because they?re the best in the industry,? said Robbie Knievel. ?Knievel Cycles is committed to making the world?s finest custom motorcycles, and we need the most advanced welding equipment and the best training from Lincoln to do it.?
With a manufacturing facility located in Hermitage, PA, Knievel Cycles produces more than 1,200 custom cycles each year.
