OUTPUT COUPLERS AND END REFLECTORS ENHANCE CO2 LASER CUTTING PERFORMANCE
Laser Research Optics offers their precision CO2 laser cavity optics that provide optimum reflectivity to help improve the cutting performance of high power CO2 lasers. These Laser Cavity Optics include ZnSe output couplers on the front that provide 60-65 percent reflectivity ±0.1 percent to reflect a percentage of the laser beam back into the resonator for continuous amplification.

Laser Research Optics offers their precision CO2 laser cavity optics that provide optimum reflectivity to help improve the cutting performance of high power CO2 lasers. These Laser Cavity Optics include ZnSe output couplers on the front that provide 60-65 percent reflectivity ±0.1 percent to reflect a percentage of the laser beam back into the resonator for continuous amplification. Rear end reflectors are made from Ge with 99-99.5 percent reflectivity ±0.20 percent on the inside to reflect nearly all of the laser energy back through the gas mixture.
Designed to optimize the transmission of energy through the beam delivery system to the work-piece, Laser Research CO2 Laser Cavity Optics are avail-able in sizes from 0.5 in to 2 in dia. and can be modified and coated to meet specific laser cavity requirements for most popular high power lasers.
