Werner Co. Launches New Venture Into Mexico

Werner Co. (Greenville, PA), the world's leading manufacturer and distributor of ladders, climbing equipment and ladder accessories, recently announced that it is entering the Mexican market by launching a full line of products designed specifically for Mexico. Werner will serve the Mexican market through its new subsidiary company, Werner Ladder Sales & Distribution S. de R.L. de C.V., located in Juarez, Mexico.

In addition to producing most of its climbing products for the Mexican market in its Juarez facilities, Werner has a dedicated Mexican Customer Service Department located in Juarez, as well as a sales office in Monterrey to better service Mexican customers in all distribution channels.

Capitalizing on the fact that it already has the world's largest, and most state-of-the-art, ladder manufacturing facility in the world in Juarez, the Mexican offices will allow Werner to work closely with its new customers in all distribution channels, and strengthen its presence in North America.

The company officially kicked off their launch at the Expo Ferreteria in September in Guadalajara, Mexico. Their booth at the show featured new products and literature, and also a visit from soccer star Ramon Morales, a star for both Chivas and the Mexican National Team.
