Accu-Lube (Glenview, IL) introduces a new specialty band-sawing nozzle for Minimum Quantity Lubrication (MQL), the RL-Nozzle, which is more compact that previous models and features better spray performance for superior lubrication application.
The RL-Nozzle attaches to a two-pump MQL applicator system and features two internal atomizing chambers where lubricant is broken up before it is sprayed onto the tool. The smaller lubrication particles give a more even, constant spray for constant lubrication and protection.
The RL-Nozzle sprays lubricant from three different places so this single nozzle does the work of three nozzles and since the lubricant and air are mixed right at the nozzle, not back in the applicator, there is no lag time or dry cutting. ITW ROCOL North America (Glenview, IL ) designs and manufactures the Accu-Lube product line.
