Carell Corporation (Stapleton, AL) introduced the latest technology in automated vertical tank production systems by IMCAR. Fabricate liquid storage tanks, silos, chemical tanks, bio fuel tanks, oil storage tanks, brewery tanks and more with these automated rolling, cutting and welding systems.
Key advantages include a reduction in labor costs, shop space requirements and material-handling time by using coil stock material. Tanks can be produced in the shop and or in the field at the installation site.
Vertical systems eliminate cross-contamination when building tanks for the food, pharmaceutical and chemical industries. Systems can also produce, apply and weld half-pipe jackets. Vertical systems are modular, and components can be added as production needs change or increase.
