EXPANDED VMC LINE FOR HIGH-SPEED APPLICATIONS

Toyoda Machinery added two high-speed linear way machines to its vertical machining line that are designed to deliver high performance and extreme precision in high-speed applications.

Toyoda Machinery (Arlington Heights, IL) added two high-speed linear way machines to its vertical machining line. The new machines are designed to deliver high performance and extreme precision in high-speed applications. The FV-S machines offer high accuracy, thermal stability, and maximum vibration dampening characteristics.

A Fanuc 18i CNC features a large color LCD display with manual guide i conversational programming. The high performance spindle and automatic tool changer technology delivers drastic improvements in machine operability and part throughput over previous VMC generations.
