CIMCOOL INDUSTRIAL PRODUCTS ACQUIRES STARCHEM METALWORKING FLUIDS BUSINESS

Cimcool Industrial Products LLC, a Milacron LLC company with global headquarters in Cincinnati, OH, has acquired the Starchem, Inc. metalworking fluids business. Starchem is a metalworking and lubricant supplier headquartered in Mason, OH, with distributors located throughout the U.S. and licensees in Europe.

As an asset purchase transaction, the acquisition also enables Cimcool to assume Starchem's global license agreements. The acquisition provides new opportunities by increasing the reach of our business while enhancing the value we can deliver to both Cimcool and Starchem customers," said McKee.

The purchase price and other specific terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
