MecSoft Partners with Sibe Automation for Vacuum Forming Solution

When used with Sibe CNC routers, VisualMILL provides users with the ability to quickly and efficiently create three dimensional vacuum tools in nonferrous materials.

MecSoft Corporation (Irvine, CA) a global leader in computer aided manufacturing (CAM) software, announced a partnership earlier this year with Sibe Automation (Ocala, FL) to provide an integrated programming and machining solution. VisualMILL, bundled with CNC routers from Sibe, provides an elegant , powerful, easy-to-use turnkey system for the vacuum forming industry that offers outstanding performance and unbeatable value.

MecSoft provides CAM software to the small to mid-market segments for rapid manufacturing, mold making, aerospace, automotive, and tool and die applications. “We are committed to providing comprehensive and value driven machining solutions for the global manufacturing industry,” says Anita Anand, the vice president of sales and operations for MecSoft. “We have found that they have a very similar commitment and passion to their industry. Sibe designs and builds a wide range of vacuum forming machines as well as CNC routers and roller die cutters, and currently has more than 300 systems installed.

When used with Sibe CNC routers, VisualMILL provides the ability to quickly and efficiently create 3D vacuum tools in nonferrous materials. Once a panel is created on a Sibe vacuum forming machine, users can quickly program the Sibe router to automatically trim off excess material.
