An overview of the company and its organization, products, services and capabilities.
Bug-O Systems was originally developed to fabricate the landing craft used on D-Day during World War II. Since that time, we have been continually developing new products, designed to give our customers an excellent return on their investment. From the St. Louis Arch to the Disney Cruise ships, Bug-O’s modular system of components can be designed to fit virtually any application.
We welcome the opportunity to discuss any applications you may have. We can make recommendations, put together drawings and would be pleased to set up a demonstration in your facility so you can experience firsthand how Bug-O Systems can save you time, money and increase quality!
For example, the Fill-O-Matic digital system is a more powerful, more versatile – but yet, more compact fillet welder than we’ve ever offered. The Fill-O-Matic is easy to program, handle and operate. It features a magnetic, four wheel drive carriage for vertical or horizontal welding. Fill-O-Matic automates continuous and intermittent stitch welds, and has an optional oscillator. This is truly an economical, versatile machine!
Another example is our SPB-3000 Pitbull Portable Automatic Beveler produces clean machined bevels without operator assistance for increased productivity. The self-propelled Pitbull can bevel angles up to 60 deg and mill all types of metal including stainless steel, aluminum, and composites because of its operational simplicity and very high machining properties.
