METAL FINISHING SOLUTIONS FROM CS UNITEC
CS Unitec, Inc. offers a full line of metal preparation and finishing tools for cutting, drilling, grinding, beveling and deburring steel, stainless, steel, aluminum and more. Available are linear grinding and polishing systems, pipe belt sanders, portable magnetic drills, beveling, deburring and chamfering machines, and more. Our compact, powerful and reliable portable magnetic drill line drills holes 1-1/4” up to 5-1/8” diameter.

Many machines also twist drill, tap, ream and countersink – all with one unit. The MAB 1300 portable magnetic drill features a unique 4-gear, variablespeed, 20-amp reversible motor. Capabilities include drilling holes up to 5-1⁄8 in. diameter with annular cutters, tapping up to 1-5⁄8 in. diameter and twist drilling up to 1-3⁄4 in. in structural steel and other metals. Multiple safety features are built in for user protection. To eliminate burrs and sharp edges, CS Unitec offers the ROLEI BE5® – a simple, easy-to-use machine that efficiently deburrs both sides of sheet metal up to 0.2” thick in a single pass.

Two coated abrasive flap wheels – in 40, 60, 80 or 120 grit – turn in opposite directions to remove excess material and smooth edges. One set of the BE5’s wheels will perform for approximately 6500 feet on stainless steel sheet. The unit can be mounted horizontally or vertically to accommodate the desired orientation of the particular project. Many industrial operations engineer custom supports and feed tables to incorporate the machine into their fabrication process. The BE5 can be fitted with a dust extraction port to connect to an industrial dust collection system.
