This multi-MIG welding platform enhances productivity and quality by providing valuable information to operators, supervisors, welding engineers, production managers, quality managers, maintenance professionals and management. The Axcess E with Insight utilizes its exclusive Part Tracking™ feature to monitor the fabrication of each part on a weld-by-weld basis. This provides a higher level of value than any other data monitoring system available.

One key benefit of the system is a reduction in mistakes. Axcess E with Insight monitors each weld in accordance to preset parameter limits, facilitating the detection of missed welds, under-welding, over-welding and more. The system identifies potential defects and can notify the operator or management if a weld has not met the expectations for current, voltage, wire feed speed, gas flow or duration. The system also provides important data on cost, productivity and quality. Miller’s exclusive Insight Reporter™ provides critical information that helps management make informed decisions that drive continuous operational improvement.

AUTOMATED SOLUTIONS DRIVE INNOVATION
As part of a strategic business partnership forged in late 2010 with Panasonic Welding Systems Co., Ltd., Miller formed an exciting new business unit devoted to bringing comprehensive robotic welding solutions to the market. Miller has developed a family of pre-engineered solutions integrating Panasonic robots, servo positioners and Miller welding technology to solve the welding challenges of companies ranging from small-run job shops to major equipment manufacturers. This seamless integration makes learning the process easier, and allows success on many levels, including performance, payback and new technology applications. Miller solutions include the industry standard in pre-engineered weld cells: the PerformArc™ Robotic Welding System.

KEEPING IT SAFE WITH PPE AND FUME EXTRACTION
Miller is also an industry leader in welding safety equipment, including the premium line of Arc Armor™ products as well as the FILTAIR® line of fume extraction equipment. Miller’s Arc Armor line includes industry exclusives such as WELDX™ jackets, sleeves and aprons, as well as the premium line of Titanium Series auto-darkening welding helmets for heavy duty, high-amperage applications. Miller has also recently introduced two new industrial solutions for welding fume extraction: The industrial Centralized Series and the FILTAIR 400 High Vacuum System.
