The EasyMark Series: With a footprint of just 60 x 60 cm, the EasyMark systems are among the most compact laser marking devices on the market, operate with conventional household power, and require no external cooling. Metals and plastics, flat and curved parts, decorative and serialization, stationary or mobile use — the EasyMark provides a flexible solution for moderate batch sizes. Program-controlled axes (one linear Z axis and one rotary axis) can be easily integrated into the system for more marking functionality.
The standard laser marker holds parts up to a size of 406 x 203 x 120 mm (W x D x H). Focusing and positioning aids are included to help the operator position parts. The system is available in a variety of laser powers, and with options for a rotary table, micro-footprint profile unit, or 254mm lens for a larger mark field. The LME-RM/LT Laser Marker Workstation is a versatile, rackmounted, modular unit, providing a Class 1 solution which can accommodate all our PowerLine laser sources.
All 19 in components can be integrated into the support frame. For easy job setup, the large access door can be configured with an optional automatic pneumatic AutoDoor. The LME-RM/LT offers optional circumferential marking of cylindrical workpieces, and X/Y axis can be added to increase the marking area. The LME-RM 2 Workstation offers reliable 24/7 operation, and the rugged and stable design of the laser workstation guarantees precise marking results. The worktable even carries large and heavy workpieces of up to 100 kg.
The versatile LME-RM 2 system includes such options as 36 in multistation rotary indexing table with X/Y/Z control, adaptability to a variety of conveyors, rotary tables for simultaneous loading/marking of your parts, open-frame configurations, and a wealth of other options to make your marking project easy and efficient. With the positioning possibilities of the laser or the part via the three programmable-controlled axes, even parts of complex geometry can be marked easily.
A rotary axis for marking cylindrical parts is available optionally. ROFIN can also provide custom-engineered solutions as well as a portfolio of pre-existing custom solutions—five-sided markers, automated loaders and/or unloaders, conveyor system integration with your existing production line, ultra-high-precision systems, automotive and medical production systems and tag markers— to name a few.
And now ROFIN introduces our newest laser markers —The Power Line Prime Series. The PowerLine Prime 10 and Prime 15 are designed with integration in mind to be simple, serviceable and economical, while still providing the same ROFIN quality and support that our customers have come to expect. The preconfigured air-cooled, nearly maintenance-free PowerLine Prime lasers mark various materials with high quality and speed. 19 in industry standard modules and detachable connections simplify integration.
