Creative CNC LLC (Waukesha, WI) introduces its new Metaflux 70-79 Welding Spray in Booth E-4195 at IMTS 2012. Because Metaflux 70-79 Welding Spray provides a thermal and physical protective film, the result is increased tool life and cost savings. This dry and silocone-free protective film prevents pitting damage caused by red hot metals. Because it reduces welding spatter and beads, 70-79 Welding Spray is ideal for protecting welding peaks, electrical piping, gas piping and clamping devices.

Suitable for MIG/MAG, spot welding, laser and plasma cutting, users will save money using only one product for numerous applications. Using the spray with the Metaflux spiral dispenser allows the product to be applied directly with virtually no loss of product. The amount of Metaflux70-79 Spray used is reduced by at least 50 percent in cases of piping treatment. According to Metaflux studies, MIG and TIG components protected by Metaflux 70-79 showed a substantial increase in service life up to three to four times that of other anti-spatter sprays. In most cases, it’s sufficient to spray Metaflux 70-79 on the surfaces once before operation to protect the part for an entire shift.

Creative CNC will also exhibit Metaflux Gleitmetall high performance lubricant for the machine tool industry with an emphasis on the aerospace, turbo-machinery, renewable energy and medical industries. Gleitmetall contains titanium which makes it ideal for preventing seizing, wear and corrosion, as well as reducing vibration noise. It facilitates the changing of moving parts on CNC machines and high speed milling machines and is very well suited for use with stainless steel.

Because this lubricant does not contain copper or nickel there is no possibility of electrolyte formation. Gleitmetall is abrasion-resistant and non-flaking if exposed to heat or rinsing. It is temperature resistant from minus 180 deg C to 1,350 deg C which allows Gleitmetall to be used for a wide variety of applications, especially in extreme conditions. Because this product performs a variety of functions it can help eliminate the need to purchase multiple products. Metaflux products have been proven technically superior to competitors while giving maximum consideration to the environment. www.creativecnc.net
