These highly rigid, large-size laser processing machines are equipped with a 45CF-R resonator to achieve a high-quality beam, superb accuracy and superior cost-effectiveness.
The space-saving design is equipped with a resonator, cooling unit and control unit. Mitsubishi resonators are renowned throughout the world for their ability to deliver stable beam quality.
Mitsubishi broadens its supply chain offering with the introduction of the MWX3 entry-level waterjet that is ideal for production environments. It features a bevel head – ideal for weld prep – and the solid base construction and cantilever head design make it both reliable and affordable.
The MWX3 comes standard with a high pressure S-50 KMT pump that provides 60,000 psi of water traveling up to Mach 2 with 1.09 gpm of water consumption through a maximum orifice size of 0.013 in.
The reciprocating hydraulic piston-to-ceramic water piston ratio is 20:1, pushing the water into an accumulator that maintains a smooth even flow to the cutting nozzle.
A range of press brake sizes and features will also be displayed to guarantee the right solution for any shop’s needs. The BB Series ball screw brake is driven by an AC servo motor and ball screw mechanism. It has reached high productivity with a high-speed ram and high precision repeatability (± 0.001 mm).
The BH Series Dual Drive System press brake differs from conventional servo hydraulic mechanisms by separately controlling high-speed up and down movement with an AC servo motor and ball screw drive and hydraulic pressure movement.
The Dual Drive System enables high-speed down-movement at 200 mm/sec and stable repeat-stop accuracy by the AC servo motor and hydraulic drive for high productivity.
The Dener Diamond Elite press brake will also be on hand, representing the series of large, affordable brakes that accommodate weights ranging from 40 tons to 2000 tons and offering three-axis to more than 11-axis capabilities. www.mitsubishi-laser.com
