The 6,600 lb HBP-310/403G/A from Behringer Saws eliminates secondary operations when cutting solid materials up to 12.2 in diameter and rectangular tubing up to 15.7 in wide x 12.2 in high.

Mounted on a massive steel base in Booth C-5722, the 6,600 lb HBP-310/403G/A from Behringer Saws Inc. (Morgantown, PA) cuts at 90 deg and miters at 45 deg to the left and 60 deg to the right with a total of 105 deg. Designed to cut solid materials up to 12.2 in diameter and rectangular tubing up to 15.7 in wide x 12.2 in high. The manual or fully programmable (via NC controls) angle setting and length of cut can easily be set, controlled and monitored from the operator control panel.

The smallest material capacity in our line of fully automatic mitering bandsaws, the HBP-310/403G/A is unmatched in speed, quality and accuracy. The ball screw driven incremental material feed gripper ensures precise measuring, saves on raw material usage, and significantly reduces or eliminates the need for a secondary operation. In production facilities, many companies have bandsaws along with another type of metal cutting machine to produce the needed miter angle. This entails a secondary process and reduced usable square footage in the facility. The Behringer 310/403G/A can eliminate the need of the secondary operation, therefore saving usable square footage, decreasing operating hours and increasing profitability. This miter bandsaw provides a consistent, accurate and economic cut the first time.

In the market for roughly ten years, the HBP-310/403G/A has been one of our best-selling fully automatic mitering bandsaws. When making a purchase of a bandsaw, the customer must fully understand the benefits to justify cost. The machine design, material capacity, finish quality, quantity, and accuracy are just a few examples for justification. The infinitely adjustable feed rate regulator allows the bandsaw to maintain constant chip load, resulting in greater blade life, higher machine throughput, greater accuracy, quality finishes and overall profitability. www.behringersaws.com
