The new director will provide applications engineering insight in creating optimized aluminum welding solutions for customers.

The Lincoln Electric Company (Cleveland, OH) has appointed Frank Armao as the director of aluminum welding technology to use his 40 years of welding industry experience to provide industry leading direction, end-user customer support and applications engineering insight that create optimized aluminum welding solutions for customers.

Armao will collaborate closely with both the aluminum welding technology teams at the Cleveland headquarters and at the company subsidiary Indalco Alloys (Mississauga, ON),  a producer of high quality aluminum wire products.

One of the world’s leading experts in aluminum welding, Armao has been with Lincoln Electric for 13 years.
