Sodick Announces Agreement with CCAT
The collaboration supports CCAT efforts to provide a technology infusion for small and medium-sized manufacturers in the regional aerospace supply chain with the addition of two Sodick EDMs to its Advanced Manufacturing Center.

Sodick will help companies adopt EDM in their shops and facilitate the use of new mainstream manufacturing techniques.

Sodick, recognized as a leading supplier of wire, sinker and small hole EDMs and high speed mills, has paved the way for linear motor drives in EDM. Their machines that are now housed at AMC – the AQ400L Wire EDM and the AD30L Sinker EDM – feature linear motor drive technology that comes backed by a 10-year positioning guarantee.
