ZOLLER Inc. (Ann Arbor, MI) has been the leading manufacturer of tool presetter and measuring machines for more than 65 years for job shop and contract manufacturing production processes where deadlines, cost saving demands, long setup times, crashes or wasted time searching for the right tool are all a part of the daily struggle.

Continuous research and development in close cooperation with shops in the field has resulted in three newly developed, coordinated software packages: TMS Tool Management Solutions BRONZE, SILVER and GOLD, which offer a modular design, optional upgrades and are easy to implement.

In an effort to introduce job shops and contract manufacturers to the latest technology, provide hands-on experience and cost-effective solutions, ZOLLER is announcing an extensive Lunch & Learn Workshop Series at their various office locations across the U.S. and Canada, as well as at selected partner facilities.

A total of 72 workshops are planned throughout the year and will focus on optimizing production processes by introducing a transparent tool inventory management with a centralized tool data base, reducing setup times, decreasing tool costs, economical manufacturing of even small batch sizes and maintaining an overall high process security.

The workshops are free of charge and everybody interested in experiencing hands-on high-performance tool management solutions for an efficient manufacturing process is welcome to sign up. Participant numbers per workshop are limited to 10-15 maximum.
