The mission is to strategically accelerate deployment Of NCSIMUL Machine 9 CNC simulation applications to elevate Malaysian industries with ‘smart machining’ processes.

Sunway E-Systems (SES; Selangor, Malaysia), a subsidiary of Sunway Group and SPRING Technologies (Montreuil, France), a French CNC software technology vendor, have announced that they have entered into a strategic partnership to distribute, resell, implement and support NCSIMUL Machine, the CNC realistic simulation module of NCSIMUL SOLUTIONS (a SPRING Technologies portfolio module) in Malaysia and in the ASEAN region.

SES is an established regional distributor for Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) software products and services in Malaysia, Indonesia, Philippines, Vietnam, Pakistan, and Thailand. Today, SES is a joint venture (JV) company between Sunway Technology and Hitachi Systems Ltd. (pending a name change to Hitachi Sunway Information Systems).

The company offers beyond Product Lifecycle Management (PLM), but value add with Applications such as Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) and Infrastructure & Managed services such as virtualization and cloud solutions, data center outsourcing and IT outsourcing services. SES has a strong team of 170 professionals providing solutions and services to more than 800 customers in Malaysia and the Southeast Asia region.

NCSIMUL Machine is an affordable yet comprehensive CNC software application for simulating, verifying, optimizing, and reviewing CNC machining programs. It can be seamlessly connected to CAD/CAM software.

Using NCSIMUL SOLUTIONS modules, and especially NCSIMUL Machine, manufacturers are able to simulate the real context of a manufacturing environment taking into account the real characteristics of machines, i.e., kinematics, tools, rough material properties, tools availability, NC programs lifecycle and machine status monitoring.

Such technology enables industries to perform machine processes that help correct all programming or manufacturing errors that could happen in real machine tool environment. Among the major benefits of NCSIMUL Machine, users can reduce testing time on machine and increase productivity rates, ensuring a secured and optimal use of production tools by preventing any risk of machine or part breakage.
