The first anniversary is paper and the 25th is silver, but to celebrate this one the fabricator builds a new facility.
Weber Specialties Company (Kalamazoo, MI) is celebrating its 70th anniversary with a 30,000 sq ft expansion. They currently employ 65 individuals in metal stamping, tool and die, assembly, fabricating, welding and powder coating occupations. The company serves the furniture, automotive, appliance and medical industries.
Their new facility, located directly across from their headquarters, sits on 8.5 acres in Schoolcraft, MI. The acquisition of this property will allow them to grow the assembly and value-add portions of their business, while their headquarters will retain the engineering, stamping and tool and die related business.
The plans for the layout of the new building have been drawn up, and construction is underway. The open house will be held in August to showcase the capabilities at the new plant and to thank our customers and employees for their continued support and contributions to the growth and success of our company.
