CNC Indexing Acquires MTA International
The companies agree that the transaction has been seamless and beneficial.

The transaction, which was completed in April, has been seamless and immediately beneficial for both parties involved.
CNC Indexing & Feeding Technologies (Mason, OH), provider of rotary tables, high pressure coolant systems, bar feeders, oil skimmers, and other CNC machine tool accessories has purchased MTA International, which imports, distributes, and services a wide range of bar feeder and bar loader systems.
The transaction, completed in April, has been seamless and immediately beneficial, according to CNC Indexing president Jamie Schwarz. “Combining the resources of the two companies enhances service and support for all of our customers and distributors,” he said. CNC Indexing will conduct barfeeding equipment business out of MTA International’s facility in Cincinnati, Ohio, and Earl Botkins, owner of MTA International for more than 25 years, will remain as a consultant to Schwarz.
MTA International has served the metalworking machine tool industry since 1989 as an import, distribution, and service organization, providing bar-feeding solutions from suppliers in the USA, Germany and Asia. With its wide selection of bar feeding equipment and experienced team of regional sales agents and service technicians, the company helps customers tailor barfeeding systems to their specific manufacturing and budgetary requirements.
