The EconoRuler system is extremely flexible, with fast set-up times, stable mounting and precise positioning that increase productivity.
Rather than trying to save seconds in the machining of components, it is far easier and smarter to reduce machine idle time. However, this requires access to an interface that gives fast set-ups. The System 3R’s (Elk Grove Village, IL) EconoRuler system provides a unique solution to those problems.
There is a low-cost clamping system for machines with parallel or u-shaped tables as well as machines with full frame tables. This comprehensive range of accessories enables a wide variety of applications.
The distance between the connection’s reference surfaces and the part of the work piece to be machined is thereby reduced. This optimizes the stability of the mounting and allows for the highest cutting rates by locating the work piece on the machine zero line.
The machine is offered in two different sizes (610 mm and 860 mm) for a large variety of machine tools. This enables the machine to handle various sized work pieces with collision-free set-ups.
