Kessler USA Inc. (Plymouth, MI), the world’s foremost expert on high speed motorized spindle manufacturing, will open its North American Service Center at a new location in Plymouth, MI on October 25, 2013.
The new Service Center supports Kessler USA’s strategy to grow its service business in the US, Canada and Mexico and strengthens Kessler’s service capabilities within the North American region for machine tool builders and end-users. By combining OEM parts with high quality service, Kessler’s Service Centers all over the world deliver customers a detailed repair analysis, reliable repair, quick service response and prompt spindle exchange.
“Our rebuild and repair services range from the servicing of individual Kessler spindles and spindle motors all the way up to complex 2-axis head and rotary table remanufacturing in the North American markets,” says Gerald Turner, sales manager at Kessler USA. “The new Service Center in Plymouth is in line with our strategy to continuously strengthen our global network of Service Centers and service experts so that we are close to our customers to best support their business needs,” he continues.
The firm is staffed by expert technicians trained directly at Kessler’s German headquarters. These technicians have gone through rigorous training with years of education and experience working with all of the Kessler product lines.
The company also has highly trained field technicians available to do in-field, on-site troubleshooting, removal/ installation, and analysis. The company adheres to strict remanufacturing guidelines according to Franz Kessler Germany, which exceeds all industry standards.
