Targeted for fabricators working with steel profiles up to 25 in section width, the Ocean Terminator DCM 18/25 semi-automatic band saw from Ocean Machinery uses a 1 1/2 in blade for exceptional cutting speed and miters to 60 deg in both directions.

Ocean Machinery (Fort Lauderdale FL) proudly presents its latest band saw, the Ocean Terminator DCM 18/25 built exclusively for Ocean by Hyd-Mech USA (Conway, AR), the largest saw producer in North America.

With close to a thousand CNC machine installations worldwide, Ocean Machinery has established itself as a leader in the structural steel fabricating industry. The Terminator DCM 18/25 is a semi-automatic band saw, targeted to fabricators working with steel profiles up to 25 in section width, and is the smallest band saw in the Terminator range.

The Ocean Terminator DCM 1825 is a ruggedly constructed band saw, designed for heavy duty sawing of all steel profiles including beams, channels, angle and solids. This dual-column saw features a 1 1/2 in blade that provides exceptional cutting speed along with the ability to miter to 60 deg in both directions, making it a truly versatile machine. Carbide blade guides that move with the material clamp ensure excellent cutting accuracy.

A compact, affordable and exceptionally durable dual column band saw that miters to 60 deg in both directions, the new Ocean Terminator is a supplement to the existing DCM 20/30 and 18/42 band saws that have made such an impact in structural steel sawing over the past 5 years.

Optional integrated pop-up rollers allow easy passage of material through the machine and open up the saw-cut to release the blade, in the event that the steel pinches the blade during the sawing operation.

The electrical console features all the standard operator controls including blade speed, cutting down force, and digital programing of multiple go-to miter angles, so that the saw will automatically move to the next miter angle on completion of the first cut.

The Ocean Terminator is built for the most challenging sawing processes, and is sold worldwide by the extensive Ocean Dealer Network.
