Strong Hand Tools® (Pico Rivera, CA) introduces their BuildPro MAX Modular Welding Table, the newest version of their BuildPro Modular Welding Table that provides a continuous tabletop surface of precision ground steel plates. (The standard BuildPro table includes 1.7 in slots between plates for use as clamping edges).
The 8 ft L x 4 ft W BuildPro™ MAX Table is constructed of precision, hardened steel plates with 5/8 in machined holes in a 2 in x 2 in grid pattern. BuildPro Clamps and Modular Fixturing Components can be inserted into any of the tabletop holes for unlimited options in the set-up of welding fixtures (dedicated, short run, or prototypes).
Each plate can be removed and reconfigured to extend the table width. Additional BuildPro plates can be added at either end, or the sides of the tabletop, to increase table length and width to better accommodate larger projects. The BuildPro™ Tables can also be joined together for oversized fixturing jobs.
The BuildPro MAX table has a heavy duty 5-beam support base with a 7,500 lb (3.75 tons) load capacity. BuildPro™ MAX Tables are available with a standard finish, or a nitrided finish for anti-splatter, wear resistant corrosion protection.

Also on display are new FrameBuilder Kits, a line of six affordable, Modular Welding Table + Tool Kits for the efficient fixturing (set-up) of frames before tack welding. The FrameBuilder Tabletop is 32 in x 48 in with 5/8 in holes inside a 2 in grid pattern.
The FrameBuilder Clamps and Modular Fixturing Components can be inserted into the 5/8 in holes at any point on the tabletop for complete flexibility in the set-up of fixtures for dedicated, short run, or one time use fixtures. The FrameBuilder Kits give welders and craftsmen proper fixturing capabilities for increased productivity and work quality.
Choose from six kits designed to suit specific types of stock for frame building: a) Square Tubes, b) Round Tubes, c) I-Beam, d) 3D Carts, e) Sheet Metal, and f) The Super Kit with the largest variety of clamps and components. The FrameBuilder Kits contain all the Clamps and Components needed to locate, stop, position, clamp, and elevate stock for welding clearance.
The FrameBuilder Table provides two height options to best accommodate available work space. Used with the tabletop frame only, and set on top of an existing work surface, the maximum height is: 7 in to 8 in. Or, use the (included) leg frame and setup the FrameBuilder Table as a stand alone work surface at heights of 34 in to 36 in. A set of four leveling feet are included. pam@stronghandtools.com, www.stronghandtools.com
