The Lincoln Electric Company (Cleveland, OH) has released Gem-Pak™, a bulk packaging system designed specifically for aluminum MIG wire. A bulk packaging system that utilizes glass gems rather than a payoff ring to control the release of wire, this engineered system is designed to increase production without an expensive external payoff device.
The Gem-Pak bulk packaging system is available in a 275 lb and 300 lb box and includes these Key features:
- Tangle Free – Prevents tangling and improved feedability.
- Easy to Set-up – No external payoff device required.
- Corrugated Cardboard Pallet – Fork-lift ready mini-pallet comes attached to the box for maximum portability and is 100 percent recyclable.
