The Powermax125 plasma cutting and gouging system from Hypertherm cuts material up to 1½ in and severs 2¼ in thick metal.

Please examine the technical details of each system by clicking on the respective titles listed below:

Third Generation Six-Axis System for Machining Formed Metal Parts
The LASERDYNE 430 series of systems from Prima Power Laserdyne are designed for cutting, welding and drilling of 2D and 3D drawn, thermoformed, hydroformed, punched, stamped and spun metal parts.

Advanced 5-Axis Fiber Laser Cutting System
The cantilever-style NTC TLH 5-axis fiber laser processing system from Komatsu NTC America achieves processing times two to three times faster than traditional CO2 and provide significant savings in operating costs. This system is ideal for hot stamping applications and high speed cutting of thin gage mild steel, aluminum or stainless steel up to ¼ in.

Combination Waterjet/Plasma CNC Shape Cutting Machine
The Hydrocut™ LX CNC waterjet/plasma cutting machine from ESAB Cutting Systems operates thermal and non-thermal processes on the same gantry for high accuracy waterjet cutting where needed, or high speed, low cost plasma cutting when possible.

Optical Bend Guiding System With Laser Angle Measurement
The combination of the Optical Bend Guiding System and the Laser Angle Measuring System (LAMS) from Bystronic greatly enhances press brake operations, increases productivity and increases part accuracies.

Plasma and Waterjet Cutting Systems Reduce Operating Costs
The Powermax125 plasma cutting and gouging system from Hypertherm cuts material up to 1½ in and severs 2¼ in thick metal, and their HyPrecision™ Waterjet reduces the total cost of ownership by as much as 20 percent when compared to competitive systems.

2D Tube Gear Laser for High-Speed Tube & Pipe Cutting
The TUBE GEAR 2D laser-cutting machine from Mazak Optonics uses a triple chuck system that minimizes warp and material vibration when cutting thin-walled square tube and pipe with diameters of up to 6 in.

Fin Press Stamps Wider Variety of Complex Heat Exchanger Materials
With a new extended bolster to increase flexibility, the interior of the die on the FP-400 45 ton, straight side style press from Burr Oak Tool is easily reached for tooling inspection and maintenance.

Waterjet Rotary Head for 3D Tube & Pipe Cutting
The Rotary Axis head from OMAX provides infinite rotation while cutting and uses an expanded parametric shape library for enhanced 3D pipe cutting.

Economic Magnetic Drill for Construction, Specialty Applications
The new Slugger® JHM Short Slugger Portable Magnetic Drill from FEIN Power Tools has the lightest, lowest profile and lowest cost of any drill model in it class.

5-Axis ,3D Waterjet Cutting System Eliminates Taper
The EDGE X-5 5-axis waterjet cutting system from Jet Edge cuts sophisticated, precise taper-free parts, such as impellers, from virtually any material and bevels up to 50 deg.

Waterjet Cuts Titanium, Stainless Steel, Hard Materials
The Katana2 high precision waterjet cutter from Sugino uses 60 percent less abrasive materials and consumes four times less power than traditional waterjets to reduce operating costs by 40 percent.

Unique 4-Roll Plate Bending Machine for Producing Cylindrical and Conical Shells
The supporting yoke design on this 4-roll plate bending machine from Graebener-Reika can be hydraulically adjusted to counteract the respective bending forces, enabling processing of a wider variety of material thicknesses for multiple competitive advantages.
