Imaginetics Announces Promotion of Scott Strong To Chief Executive Officer
Imaginetics announced the promotions of Scott Strong to chief executive officer and Pat Prince to chief operating officer.

Imaginetics (Auburn, WA), a manufacturer of precision metal components and assemblies for the aerospace industry, announced the promotions of Scott Strong to chief executive officer and Pat Prince to chief operating officer, effective immediately.
Donald M. Hardie, a partner at Kidd & Company, a private investment firm that acquired Imaginetics with Centerfield Capital in 2012, said, “We are very pleased with the progress of Imaginetics since our acquisition and Scott’s leadership has been instrumental in growing the business and building new and existing customer relationships. Our financial and management resources are available to them as we work together to continue the company’s growth path.”
Strong joined Imaginetics in 2011 as vice president and general manager and was promoted to president in December 2012. As a 20+ year industry veteran prior to joining Imaginetics, he held positions at numerous other aerospace companies where he led revenue growth and efficiency improvements using lean manufacturing principles, key performance indicators, and a focus on quality and customer service.
Prince joined the Company in 2011 as operations manager and was most recently vice president of operations since December 2012. He also has more than 20 years of aerospace manufacturing experience and oversees numerous business functions, including quoting, planning, procurement, outside processing and manufacturing.
