Recognizing that every industrial welding application is different, Bernard (Beecher, IL) offers online configurators that allow for the customization of the company’s four semi-automatic MIG gun lines: the Bernard Q-Gun™, S-Gun™, T-Gun™ and TGX™ Semi-Automatic MIG Gun Series.

These online tools are quick and easy to use, resulting in an industrial-duty MIG gun customized for a specific application or to a user’s preference. Users can tailor their gun by specifications such as amperage, cable length, handle style, trigger and neck type, contact tip and wire size.

Users simply click on the “Configure My Gun” link, located at the company’s main website, BernardWelds.com or visit BernardWelds.com/ConfigureMyGun and select the type of gun they want to customize. The configurators take them through a step-by-step process in which they choose each component of their MIG gun from various offerings. To gain maximum versatility, the online configurators offer multiple options for each component of the MIG gun.

Upon completing the online configuration process, users receive a part number and detailed summary of their selections. They are able to directly submit their selected gun to the company for list pricing, or they can save or print the part number to share with their distributor.
