“People are our largest and most valuable asset.”
Alexandria Industries (Alexandria, MN) promoted Brad Hoven to president of its Alexandria Extrusion facility located in Alexandria. Hoven will be responsible for business operations and profitability, overseeing manufacturing areas and production.
Hoven will also remain the general manager for Alexandria Precision Machining, one of company’s seven divisions. Using Quick Response Manufacturing (QRM) principles and process improvement tools, Hoven will work closely with employees to guide the facility’s manufacturing capabilities and achieve its high-performance production goals.
