The operations will continue to operate from the Georgia location under the name of Profile Custom Extrusions, LLC (“PCE”) with the current management team continuing to lead the business. PCE is a leading provider of aluminum extrusions to the industrial and residential construction, electrical, hurricane shutter and interior decor markets throughout the southeastern part of the United States. The Company operates three extrusion presses with a total annual capacity of 40 million lb, along with a vertical wet paint line and a thermal fill and de-bridge line.
