TRUMPF Appoints Managing Director in Mexico
Alberto Pancardo is now responsible for sales and service of machine tools and power tools in Mexico, as well as the production of machine tool components for the U.S. facilities in Farmington.

TRUMPF Inc. (Farmington, CT) is pleased to announce Alberto Pancardo as the new managing director of TRUMPF Mexico (Apodaca, Mexico). In this role, Pancardo will be responsible for sales and service of TRUMPF machine tools and power tools in Mexico, as well as the production of machine tool components for TRUMPF Inc. He reports directly to Burke Doar, the vice president of sales and marketing for TRUMPF Inc. in Farmington.
Pancardo joins the company with a strong background in manufacturing and production as well as supplier and customer negotiations. In addition, TRUMPF expects his experience in financial matters, including budget management and training employees on financial concepts and profitability will be a valuable asset to the Mexico office.
For the last six years, Pancardo worked as the engineering and maintenance manager at The Hershey Company (Monterrey, Mexico). Prior to this, he spent twelve and a half years with Parker Hannifin Company, also located in Monterrey, where he held several positions in the Automotive Air Conditioner Hose Assembly Facility, including plant manager, engineer and maintenance manager, manufacturing engineer and maintenance supervisor.
