Walter USA Restructures Marketing Organization
Mark Hemmerling is the new director of marketing for the entire Americas Region and Maria Cartier is the new marketing manager for the U.S. and Canada.

As part of an overall restructuring to its marketing organization, Walter USA, LLC (Waukesha, WI) announced new personnel appointments. The announcements were made jointly by Muff Tanriverdi, the president of Walter Americas Region and Kim Seidelman, the managing director of Walter USA, LLC.
Mark Hemmerling, formerly the director of marketing for Walter USA, has been appointed the director of marketing for the entire Americas Region, which includes Canada, Mexico, Brazil and Argentina as well as the United States. Hemmerling has been with Walter for 12 years in various marketing positions. In this newly created position he will be responsible for all marketing efforts for the Americas Region, reporting to Tanriverdi.
Replacing Hemmerling as the marketing manager for the U.S. and Canada is Maria Cartier, who was formerly the marketing director with Smiths Medical, a global leader in medical device manufacturing. In that position she was responsible for strategic planning, product development, regional marketing and marketing communications. She will have similar responsibilities for Walter USA, reporting to Seidelman.
