COE Press Equipment Appoints CTL Business Manager
Benjamin T. Pauzus is now responsible for day-to-day management of the CTL business, as well as sales and marketing leads where he will help to establish new customers and sales channels.

Coe Press Equipment Corporation (Sterling Heights, MI) has announced the appointment of Benjamin T. Pauzus as the business manager of its new Cut-to-Length (CTL) business unit, focused on providing CTL lines to fabricators and metal stampers interested in achieving cost savings by blanking in-house. Pauzus will be responsible for day-to-day management of the CTL business as well as sales and marketing leads where he will help to establish new customers and sales channels.
“Ben has the collective skill sets we need to really grow this business,” said COE general sales manager Jim Ward. “He knows how to successfully interact with customers, suppliers and employees as well as understanding the financial side of business. We are really pleased to have him as part of the COE team.”
Pauzus joins COE after serving as general manager at Bilsing Automation North America for six years, helping to launch new technologies and increase sales by fivefold during his tenure. Prior to serving as General Manager at Bilsing, he was Key Account Manager in charge of new business development.
In addition to its cut-to-length lines, COE Press Equipment designs and manufactures a complete line of premiere coil handling and servo roll feed equipment from stand-alone roll feeds, straighteners, reels, cradles and air feeds to complete integrated feed line systems. The company supplies and services a wide variety of global markets and industries including automotive, appliance, lighting, metal processing, housewares, lawn and garden, contract stampers, tool and die builders, and many others.
