The ECO ‘text and mark’ system is an off-the-shelf marking solution that is ideal for low volume, manually loaded marking requirements.
One USB port enables downloading and uploading of programs, fonts, logos, firmware and software. A second USB port allows the ability to attach a keyboard if desired. Some of the features include embedded semi-automatic programming to facilitate useful prompting commands ranging from marking speed and force adjustments, date and time codes, to a choice of 2D code configurations.

The RMU Standard controller from ROBERT I. ROBOTICS INC. (London, ON) for Microdot and Scribe series marking systems has been upgraded to enhance operations. This compact 7 in bright touch screen interface allows for quick and easy programming that can be password protected.

One USB port enables downloading and uploading of programs, fonts, logos, firmware and software. A second USB port allows for the ability to attach a keyboard if desired. Some of the features include embedded semi-automatic programming to facilitate useful prompting commands ranging from marking speed and force adjustments, date and time codes, to a choice of 2D code configurations.

Capacity of programming additional optional Z or rotary axes is included. Ethernet TCP/IP with Telediagnostics provides internet enabled downloads and real time troubleshooting support. Small in size yet big on features, the Brain Touch provides flexibility to address part marking challenges.

The ECO is a ‘text and mark’ off-the-shelf marking solution for low volume, manually loaded marking requirements. Keypad with backlit display allows for quick input of alphanumeric text, setting of character height, mark speed, mark depth (stylus travel), simple serial numbers, and choice of 5 dot by 7 dot peen or continuous line font. The marking area of 95 mm by 20 mm allows for up to nine lines of automatically adjusted text.

No PC or air supply required. Clamp or fixture your part using the slotted base, set the column height (with over 200 mm of vertical adjustment), key in text, size, depth, (on the keypad) and push the start button to mark your part.
