MILLHOG® Cutter Blades, their line of pipe beveling tools, are designed to produce clean, weldable end preps without using cutting oils. Featuring heat dissipative cutter blades that incorporate a radical chip breaker which draws heat away from the surface to prevent work hardening and extend blade life, these tools produce clean, consistent end preps.
Steel and P-91 on tube and pipe up to 36 in OD, MILLHOG® Cutter Blades are made from T-15 tool steel and are TiN coated. Designed to fit into their EscoLock™ wedge-style rigid blade lock system, these blades are available with any angle of prep from 37 deg to ½ deg to 10 deg and compound bevels.
