Smooth, Consistent Feeding Spool Gun for Aluminum MIG Welding

The Spoolmatic Pro from Miller Electric is ideal for trailer manufacturing, ship and boat building, and general fabrication.

The Spoolmatic Pro features a new toolless threaded barrel design for easier barrel changeover or repositioning. The threaded quick-change 360 deg rotatable barrels are available in different bends and lengths to fit numerous applications and welding operator preferences.

The Spoolmatic Pro® spool gun joins the professional-grade line of aluminum welding guns from Miller Electric Mfg. Co. (Appleton, WS), offering quality and reliability, easy maintenance, and smooth and consistent feeding for light and heavy industrial applications. Two versions of the gun are available: the Spoolmatic Pro 15A (with a 15 ft cable) and the Spoolmatic Pro 30A (featuring a 30 ft cable).

Built for MIG welding in applications such as trailer manufacturing, ship and boat building, and general fabrication, the Spoolmatic Pro is a spool gun designed specifically for use with aluminum wire and other soft alloys where wire feeding consistency is critical.

This new gun has a more powerful, longer-lasting motor to provide smooth feeding and to help lower maintenance costs. Brass-to-brass connections help ensure good electrical contact, which extends gun life and results in steady arc performance.

The Spoolmatic Pro also features a new toolless threaded barrel design for easier barrel changeover or repositioning. The threaded quick-change 360 deg rotatable barrels are available in different bends and lengths to fit numerous applications and welding operator preferences.

The Spoolmatic Pro rounds out the lineup of professional-grade aluminum MIG welding guns from Miller, joining the XR™-Pistol-Pro and the XR-Aluma-Pro™. All consumables are interchangeable between the guns in the Pro series. The Pro series guns have an innovative tension setting preset for 4000 and 5000 series wires, which helps reduce wire feed issues.
