Wall Colmonoy Corporation (Madison Heights, MI) announces the appointment of Steph Curtis as managing director for its European headquarters. He joined the company in January 2014, bringing with him 30 years of experience in strategic, operational and commercial management. He has worked in a broad range of industries with over 15 years as a P&L responsible director with major international plc’s and UK SMEs.
His experience covers the Steel & Concrete, Capital Goods, Electrical Switchgear and Automotive industries (Brake systems, Fasteners, Electronics, Hybrid Electric high-tech startup).
Curtis has a strategy focused on continuous improvement and profitable growth. He will provide leadership for a very capable management team and experienced workforce as he oversees all company operations to ensure a safe working culture and production efficiency with the goal of delivering quality products, excellent customer service and value.

Commencing his career as a mechanical apprentice, he graduated with a First Class BSc (Hons) Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Cardiff University and gained an MBA in Strategic Management from the University of Glamorgan. Curtis is a Chartered Engineer and Fellow of the Institution of Mechanical Engineers, CEng FIMechE.
