Sump Cleaner Separates Metalworking Fluids
CECOR Sump Shark sump cleaners separate metalworking fluids from the solids being vacuumed so the fluids can be recycled.

Clean sumps are extremely important to any manufacturing process for the integrity of a product being manufactured, which is where CECOR® Sump Shark™ sump cleaners from CECOR (Verona, WI) come into play. Sump Sharks are high-suction sludge vacs that not only clean dirty sumps, but can separate metalworking fluids from the solids being vacuumed so the fluids can be recycled, thereby reducing costs. This second-stage filtering of metalworking fluids for reuse introduces an additional stage of filtering for even cleaner recycled metalworking fluids. that can take a bite out of your sump sludge instead of your bottom line.
The innovative new discharge filter easily couples to its sump cleaner’s existing discharge port for second-stage filtering. It comes with nominally rated 10 µ and 25 µ filter bags for finer filtering and can be easily attached with no special tools needed. And it can be easily removed when it’s not needed. Extra, better filtering means less fluid used; therefore, less purchase and disposal costs (and more “green”).
