Global Precision Acquires Diversified Design & Manufacturing

Global Precision Industries, Inc. (Menomonee Falls, WI) announced the expansion of its global engineering solutions to meet the needs of an expanding global client roster. After several years of over 30 percent growth, the organization has acquired Diversified Design & Manufacturing, Inc. (Mukwonago, WI), which as delivered close-tolerance tooling and machinery to customers throughout the nation for over 20 years and gained a reputation as the “tight tolerance expert.”
