Model H series semi-automatic twin column bandsaws from W.F. Wells (Three Rivers, MI) cover the expanding pipe and tube cutting industries, as well as handling tough, solid material cutting applications. These large capacity machines are designed with a twin column and stabilizing upright to produce high accuracy cutting required in many pipe applications. Guide mounted cutting force allows the finest possible adjustment for fast and accurate cuts.
Standard variable vise pressure assures exact allowable force to hold the part adequately without distortion. Mist coolant is also available for no mess cutting associated with pipe and tube. Full machine capacity top clamps are also available with vibration dampening attachments. This feature also allows full capacity 4-point clamping required with bundles or non-distorting material clamping. Automating the material movement is also available with synchronized conveyors and full automatic machines.
