Dynabrade Acquires National Detroit
This acquisition continues their growth strategy in the abrasive power tool industry.

Dynabrade, Inc. (Clarence, NY), the leading industrial abrasive power tool manufacturer, has announced that it has completed the acquisition of the assets of National Detroit, Inc. (Rockford, IL), a manufacturer of pneumatic abrasive power tools. Terms were not disclosed. Production operations will be relocated to Dynabrade’s Clarence headquarters.

National Detroit’s product line includes random orbital and gear-driven sanders, buffers, polishers, grinders and related accessories serving customers in automotive, industrial, marine, solid surface and woodworking markets for 76 years.
