Abtex Hires New Production Manager
James Ameigh now oversees the manufacturing of their deburring brushes.

Abtex Corporation (Dresden, NY) announced that James Ameigh has joined the company as their production manager. In this role, he oversees the production and manufacturing of industry-leading deburring brushes from initial concept through final delivery and supervises a crew of production professionals in maintaining the high-quality manufacturing for which the company has come to be known.
Ameigh’s work experience includes process engineering for manufacturers such as Corning and Sikorsky Aircraft. He holds degrees in mechanical technology and manufacturing technology from Corning Community College.
Since 1980, Abtex has been providing integrated brush/machine deburring solutions to the North American manufacturing industry. The company supplies filament brushes and custom-designed deburring machines for a wide variety of machined-part, aluminum-extrusion, fine-blanked, and powder-metal applications. Customers include manufacturers such as automotive Tier 2 and Tier 3 parts producers.
