Röhm Has New Service Manager
Adis Malkoc now directs and coordinates in-house and onsite customer repairs, addresses issues and resolves problems.

Röhm Products of America (Suwanee, GA), a leading provider of high-quality clamping and gripping technology, recently promoted Adis Malkoc to service manager. In his new position, Malkoc manages the overall direction and coordination of the company’s service department.
Malkoc is responsible for carrying out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the company’s policies and procedures. He also assists with interviewing, hiring and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing in-house and onsite customer repairs; and addressing issues and resolving problems.
Prior to being named service manager, Malkoc held the position of service center coordinator for the company and, before that, two positions at Reed Construction Data. His extensive research and management experience reinforces his ability to respond to customer needs. He uses analytical and problem-solving skills to investigate and effectively resolve customer concerns. His strategic abilities also help ensure that his team delivers prompt service of a comprehensive offering of chucks, centers, vises, and tool clamping and automation systems as well as customized solutions for turning, milling, drilling and grinding.
