Xiris Opens European Office
The office in Almelo, Netherlands, will focus on selling the XVC Weld Camera used to monitor welding processes for process and quality control.

Xiris Automation Inc. (Burlington, Canada) is pleased to announce that it has opened a sales and marketing office in the heart of Europe, in Almelo, Netherlands.
Committed to serving the European market and growing its presence there, Cameron Serles, the president of Xiris Automation, explains, “We are excited to establish a European sales office to provide outstanding service and support for our European customers and ensure we can continue to provide high quality Inspection solutions for both OEMs and end users alike. This new office is an exciting step in realizing that goal.”
The immediate focus of the office will be on the XVC Weld Camera product line, used to monitor welding processes for process and quality control. Udo van der Veen has been named European sales manager and will be responsible for European marketing and sales, Jeroen Braakhuis will support him with inside sales.
